Worldwide Mission Critical Named One of Washingtonian’s 2025 Great Places to Work

June 5, 2025

Herndon, VA – June 5, 2025

Worldwide Mission Critical (WWMC) is honored to be named one of Washingtonian Magazine’s 2025 Great Places to Work, a prestigious list recognizing outstanding employers in the Washington, DC area.

The list highlights companies in the Washington, D.C. area that excel in creating positive workplace cultures, offering robust benefits, supporting professional growth, and fostering employee satisfaction.

WWMC was one of only 18 companies selected for the 2025 list. The company stood out for its entrepreneurial culture and rapid growth. One employee shared:
“The company culture is one that allows employees to work their projects as they want to. No one is on your shoulder telling you what to do or where to turn. You have the authority to develop your own approach with the client.”

WWMC, which employs 59 people, was also recognized last year by the Washington Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing companies in the region, with a revenue increase of more than 115 percent between 2021 and 2023.

The award reflects the incredible people who make WWMC what it is. The company has built a culture that trusts team members to lead with confidence, think independently, and deliver exceptional work—a culture now proudly recognized by
Washingtonian.

The full list of winners appears in the June 2025 issue of Washingtonian and is available online here:

On Monday, March 24, we had the pleasure of hosting the DCO Dallas Charity Golf Tournament at TPC Craig Ranch. From competitive play on the course to great conversations throughout the event, it was a fantastic way to bring our industry together. This year’s tournament supported the Fisher House Foundation, a nonprofit that helps keep families close by providing free, comfortable housing near VA hospitals for loved ones of Veterans and service members receiving medical care. We’re proud to share that thanks to your contributions, we were able to donate $75,000 to support this incredible cause. A special shoutout to TPC Craig Ranch for hosting us, and a huge thank you to our Title Sponsor, MAPP Built, for your leadership and generosity in making this event possible. Your support played a key role in its success. To all of our sponsors, thank you for backing this event. Your continued partnership helps bring moments like this to life. And to our volunteers—thank you for your time and energy in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. And of course, to everyone who participated—thank you for joining us! Whether you were out on the course or there to connect, we appreciate you being part of such a great day. We’re already looking forward to the next Data Center Open. See you then!

Leesburg, VA – The WWMC Foundation, in partnership with E.E. Reed East Coast, hosted its inaugural Data Center Open charity golf tournament on October 28, 2024, at the prestigious River Creek Club in Leesburg, VA. The event brought together professionals from the data center industry, raising an impressive $100,000 for the Fisher House Foundation. The tournament, which attracted a diverse group of attendees and sponsors in the data center industry, aimed to combine a passion for golf with a purpose. All funds raised went toward supporting the Fisher House Foundation, an organization that provides housing for military families during their loved ones’ treatment at military and VA medical centers. “We are thrilled with the success of the first Data Center Open,” said Bradley Gray, Executive Director of the WWMC Foundation. “It is incredibly rewarding to see the data center industry come together to support a cause as meaningful as Fisher House, and we are grateful to all our sponsors, participants, and volunteers who made this event possible.” The Data Center Open successfully united an industry dedicated to technological innovation with a cause that directly supports military families in need.
